I don't know if they will go after anyone specifically for this law, but I'm sure they will use it if they want to nail someone bad enough and can't get them on anything else...
let's face it, even if you're records are super clean and 100% in compliance, you still don't want the Feds snooping around...god forbid they find a single image in your cache that you can't account for...
