all of my posed pictures have model releases
all of my pictures shot in the public arena do not. It is concidered a document of a public event and contains no sexually explicit conduct. just flashing, wet t-shirt etc...
Just like the example I gave with E TV above, they do not have model releases when they are filming the beach scenes say at south beach etc etc....
