Yes you can actually.
But only if you have an existing DVD codec installed on your system.
Basically, you'll have to install a DVD player just to get the codec to play DVD's on Media Player.
But trust me, once you've installed a proper DVD player, then you won't want to use Media Player for them anyway.
It's great for standard videos and audio files, but DVD's require more options.
PowerDVD or Cinemaster are two of the better ones to get.
