complete and utter bullshit. These people often get sentenced to take classes etc. Personally, I think there should be a mandatory sentence of at least 20 years.

Its up there with murder IMO.

My friend was raped in college, and the guy who was a repeat offender got 6 months.

Anyone else think that these fuckers get off too easy?
