cant help you with a quote, but its a great idea
Another idea I had is where people can submit a photo, pick an artist style, then convert the photo to canvas via paint by numbers. Ship the canvas and paints etc.
Anyways, he should contact vistaprint.com or similar and find out who did their scripts. would save alot of money opposed to having one made.
