Okay for one, I'm not from the suburbs, I'm from a very very poverty stricken "un-suburban" area known as the PJ's. Regardless, who cares, fact is - I attended a boxing gym between the ages of 12-15. I quit, I do not like to conform, or listen to orders. Nonetheless I've gotten in an equal amount of scuffles as you on "the streets", when you were my age. In either case it's no big deal. I know it's hard not to generalize "GFY users". But I'm not some corn meal fed, fat geek who cannot comprehend the "art" of fighting. I've been in several. (read my last paragraph also)
Secondly, I won't dissect your response. Because quite simply,we've ourselves a 'misconception'. You're critiquing the loser, and I was referencing the winner. When you said "he's this or that" I thought you were talking about Kimbo. The other guy? Hey, in some instances, I am in agreement with you. So, thats settled.
Thirdly - If you go to Internext, I live 20 miles away from Hollywood. If you want to meet up, I'd be down. Not to fight, but to chill, chat, and I'll buy you a beer. If you want? We can do a quick spar session. Not with the intentions of hurting one another, just show off hand speed, stance, technique, etc.
