I been fucked over for about 12k$ from 2 dialer companies, one there the dialer actually couldnt get their money, and another where the resaler I was using just got his check and ran with all the people's money.

Then there was this pay per sign up sponsor, I cant even remember what their name was, all I can remember is that they were Dutch and paid 35$/trial sign up. Well out of the blue they decided that they had too many trials not convert to regular customers and decided to pay all the webmasters for only the trials that converted to full monthly subscriptions. I lost around 4k$ to that.

Then I had a hosting company who I paid with an online check. Well they could take out that amount appently whenever they wanted, this I did not know. The amount I paid them for they were only suppose to take out every 6 months, well I got my bank statement and realized they had been making the same withdraw about 19 times over the last couple months before I caught it. That was for about 4k$ too I believe.

So from those instances that I remember I lost about 20k$ total. It may not seem like a whole lot, but since I have been in the business I have probably only made around 180k$ in the 4-5 years I have been in this business, so it makes up a significant chunk of the money I have made.
