UPDATE:
My Senior Network Engineer just finished checking all systems and we are not blocked by anyone. Just to be certain, he called the Headquarters of Adelphia and spoke to their Senior Networking staff and they assured him that we were not blocked.
Sorry, Fletch, but it looks like your girl was given bogus information.
