Hey Guys...
This is all news to us. This was all resolved in about 2 hours yesterday and Adelphia even apologized to us about the whole mess.
I have my guys looking into it and will let you know what we come up with, but I doubt very seriouly they reapplied this block unless it was just a human error.
I will let you know what I find out.
