You think? Why not when the legal team is already on staff? I'd rather have him use the traffic to promote our site rather than suing him... but hey, whatever. Its his call.
As far as spending alot of time on it, how you figure? 10 posts and 3 emails and a screenshot can be handled in what, 3 minutes?
