Rick fucked up, by his own admission. Where or how exactly and how much it matters is up to him. If it affects his business, that's his problem. Or his reward, depending on the effect.
This business isn't about popularity or shit lists. It's a real business and getting more real every day with things like new legislation, HIV outbreaks, processing restrictions and so on.
It would be wise to concentrate your efforts on what may affect you in the near and far term and stop worrying about what other people are up to so much.
