Nevertheless, I lost $42,000 total last year (three seperate domain transactions) - Due to being overzealous and treating everyone as honest people. Nowadays when I purchase any five-figure domains, I have my whois.sc account. Make them sign contracts, and much more due dilligence/effort on my part.

Again, this is not adult industry. But somehow relates to webmastering. In case you're wondering how you can get fucked on a domain deal - Well they CAN be stolen. And by buying them from the theif, you have to automatically submit the domain back to the original registrant. Or else the registrar will do it themselves.
