I'll pitch in my 2 cents.
Pets and children require our protection, and they trust us to provide it. For an aware adult to willingly and maliciously betray that trust is about the lowest, most depraved thing they can do.
To video tape it and present it as entertainment, well, that's culture for you. For some reason we are fascinated by depravity.
I don't know if it's right to make money off such a video. If people didn't approve, then they wouldn't watch it and they wouldn't go back to the site that served it. So it would no longer be good business sense to post such material. However, I don't see that happening. There is a market for that stuff.
Maybe parents should watch a little closer what their kids are looking at online, because no adult would mimic that act just because they saw it in a video. And that is back to the protection issue.
