what's your counter suit Lens? I haven't seen anything about it, that's what I think should have happened. If more companies would file counter suits it would force Acacia to defend themselves all over the place eating up their money.

If I had the money I would file a harassment suit against them, as the domain name they sent me their letter on was a dead name just a 404 and was never used. They did no research and just tried to bully people into signing up.
