Makes complete sense Brad and I respect that. I guess that's why I don't want a host that's that big. I prefer someone who is small enough to be able to give each client individual attention.

I know that may be asking for trouble in the long run as smaller hosts may not be as established or as reliable but I'm stuck in my ways. Hopefully I will make the right decision.

Ideally, I will choose the host that is somewhere in the middle. I'm kind of leaning towards the ones with both a ticket and live support systems.
