Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there'd be a jury in this case? Either I did the paperwork correctly or I didn't. There's no subjectivity involved that would require a jury. I would most likely be able to plead the sentence down to something reasonable, or to appeal of course. That is, if I get extradited.
