Elli, you are based in Canada, so technically you're not bound by the USA 2257 law, correct? Unless you actually sell your webcam show images (or let affiliates use them for promotion), there is no need to keep these records - since you'll never have to pass them onto anyone in the USA who is considered a secondary producer...
(Side thought: I wonder how 24/7 voyeur cams fit into this? One continuous video production over an indefinite period?)

I am in Canada, but my site is hosted, processed, etc etc and items are shipped from the States. So I am thinking it's better to be compliant than not.
