I'm making some thumbs from screencaps and i'm trying to give 'em a really nice crystal clear look.
Here's my question:
What is best: applying effects (lightness, contrast, curves, sharpness ...)
before of
after resizing the original pics ?
And if you have some
other tips fo making good looking thums, please share
