Hi guys!

I havent made any animated gifs in years and before I used MSFT gif animator. It´s simple but awkward and hopelessly outdated. Whats the best proggie to use nowadays, something Ulead maybe?

I would especially like to get something that´s able to resize an animated gif, that is, without the need to resize every single frame image. Please advice and thx!
