I have had horrible experience with them. You write out a ticket and then wait. Maybe you get an automated email saying your ticket is being processed. Best case scenario, someone gets back to you within a few hours but you're ticket was misunderstood so now you need to fill out another one and the whole process starts over.
I just prefer to have someone I can communicate with so I know my problem is being solved.
