I see alot of mainstream sites out there using various pictures of actresses, models...etc. These webmasters obviously don't own the rights to these pictures, and I'm assuming 99% of them aren't in the public domain.

How do I use these pictures legally? And if I was to decide to use them anyways whats my chances of getting into some kind of trouble?
