The law is built on precedent, unless they go into all the "what ifs" and what not, theres no way we'll know exactly what to do. Unless all the sponsors add a new section to their affiliates area called "2257 forms" for all of us to download, how do they suppose we get all of this?

If the picture is sexually explicit then you need a 2257 for banners.
Basically what the law says is that if you publish porn you need to be in posession of the 2257 documentation, Which is a legal ID, Passport, Drivers License, National ID, somethoing with the name, Date of Birth and the models picture.
You need to also cross reference every where that model appears on the Net, not sure if they want you to list where you have her or where anyone has her, and all her nicknames and modeling names.
Seriously go see a lawyer if you are in the US. Not sure how it will effect foreigners.
