We had some pretty nice flash banners done that we're currently running at
AVNOnline It's the tall 120x600 on the right-hand side of the page. The spot's only 4 banners deep so you should only have to refresh a couple of times to see it. If you like the work let me know and I'll put you in touch with the designer.
