Other than that....all I can say is. I will own a little flat by the center of town by the end of the year

Prague is a very long way from being considered a cheap place to go at the weekends by the British. You're simply getting them mixed up with ALL 18-30 yr old British tourists in any European country. Unfortunately 18-30 yr old British treat any part of Erope that's not the UK the same. Hmmm...come to think of it Friday-Sunday they treat the UK the same too :D
