They say about 3 lbs a week is safe.. but alot of peoples bodies are different.. I have lots 3 lbs in a day just by taking a shit (eeek!)
Alot of times you can lose alot of weight at first..then your metabolism evens out and you are stuck at a weight for a bit.
Consistent workouts, eating enough calories to fuel the body, and lots of water will be the key to anyone wanting to get in shape.
