How do you calculate the value of domains with daily typeins? I've seen plenty of people saying the value of a site is 3 to 5 times it's monthly revenue, but I've never seen anyone give a value on just a domain name that gets typeins.
For example, how much would an adult-themed domain name be if it gets 100 typeins per day? How much if it was a niche-themed domain?
And no, I'm not looking to sell any - but I might be buying
