Sorry that happened to ya! All the bad has been covered in the above posts. For those with problems. I suggest you gather all you can and hire an attorney to help. Most won't want you if they think you have no $$ for them to rip off. If you can find a better lawyer some how, they can work wonders with out the bad news.
