Have you tried phoning them? I find email works like crap but when you get them on the phone they help things out. They once removed a credit card from one account so I could add it to another.

Yeah, I tried phoning, and just like KMR, I was told to call my bank. My bank has nothing to do with my decision to register the card @ PP, so after arguing that point to the drone on the phone I just gave up on the phone thing...lol
I just cancelled that card at the bank earlier today and ordered a new one. Only thing I had it for was PP so no big loss.
