angeleyes I have to agree with you there. i was just about to post something to that effect when I read your post.
Yngwie, don't hate me....I'm only trying to help. Page after page of you bumping, and becoming more angry and frustrated when you do not see results is not helping matters.
What I would suggest are new threads daily...so people don't see long ass threads with nothing but bumps. Perhaps a new thread could be an update. Perhaps it could be ways to donate (Paypal, epassporte, money order etc.) How about traffic donations? I read that you set something up with Pimproll, did that go through? If so..then how about starting a thread asking for traffic donations....ask TGP owners if they could put a gallery up going to the pimproll account.
How about another thread showing some of the expenses your sister and her boyfriend are experiencing....can they pay their rent/mortgage? Where are they staying? What is it costing them? What about meals?
Ask people if they would be willing to donate something other than cash? What about an auction? Ask designers if they will donate a banner and then auction off the banner or TGP design they are willing to donate. Offer to put a link/banner up on a special page showing all the companies that donated and recommend to everyone to use those companies that donated either money, goods/design etc. to the cause.
You could ask people for work....and they would pay via donation. Doing something productive rather than spending your time bumping would help...also people seem more willing to donate when the person is willing to do give something back....and you will find that some may not want you to do anything but appreciate the offer.
These are just some suggestions that you could try.
