Theres too much of a "one shot" attitude sometimes. As if the first chance you'll have for a sale is the only chance. So screw em. Thats a shortsighted mistake it seems...
Treat a customer good and they may tell a friend. Treat a customer bad and they'll *for sure* tell 10 friends.
Who doesnt love to bitch about something that pissed them off? Nobody.
