I'll bet he has it through a small "customer service" or some tiny link at the bottom somewhere. That's not educating, that's providing a means.
Only an idiot would actually educate the surfer about cancellations, a wise man would only provide a reasonable means to terminate a membership. You educate your surfer on how to cancel and you kill your rebills. You provide a reasonable means and you don't end up with chargebacks.

The people who like to "educate" are usually the webmasters who are not using Revshare but PPS. Their "education" is not for the customers benefit but for their own. The ones I have seen encourage people to sign up for free or $1 trials and then cancel right away, and sign up for another one a couple days later. This way, the surfer keeps coming back to this guys site, signing up for free, full access trials and then cancelling right away. The webmaster makes a killing on repeat business and that is his goal. Webmasters like that are only in it for the quick buck and they don't give a damn about the long term
