are you a fan of seasame chicken from the chinese joints? I love that stuff personally and the chicken & waffels thing is kinda like that...an interesting sweet flavor on the chicken...
and wow, shocked to hear someone doesn't like chicken skin...I LOVE that shit...hell I think they ought to make a side dish at all fast food joints that is JUST fried chicken skins
