It basically comes down to the point that if you want good work done then you have to be prepared to pay a reasonable price.
If you look back over the last few days you will see posts from people who have tried the outsourcing route with graphics and other stuff and have been very unhappy with the result.
The bottom line is that if you want to make money then you have to spend it and about the only place outsourcing works is in customer service.
