Just wanted to give you a bit of our side. Not that it looks like it's all that necessary, because a lot of you are already supporting us.

The deal with our model - was for 15% of profit (defined in the contract). It was signed when she was still living in Indiana, in august of last year. We agreed to a minimum of $250, a month to ensure she got something for her time and a Maximum of $5000. The site launched in December, so up until that point she only received the minimum. That changed in December. We basically gave her an open contract, which guaranteed her work. When she decided that she wanted to move out her and be more involved with the site - we committed to a 1 year deal.

The site is doing okay. We've still got 30-40 sets, waiting to be published so we'll be able to update for at least the next four months, regardless. At that point, I think we'll have over 100 sets, in the members area and probably well over 75 hosted galleries at that time.

I hope there is a way we can work this out ammicably. Regardless, we wish her the best of luck in whatever she chooses to do. And hope that she will honor our agreements.

As far as her comments on the other models. Nicole left the industry for personal reasons. And lauren is still happily involved with her site.
