regardless if he's guilty for stealing the car or not. you can't beat the hell out of someone cause you're a cop. do you want it to be okay for any moron with a GED and badage to beat your ass anytime they feel like it? you have to look past the crime he comitted, appearance and race. arrest the guy, don't beat his ass
