Take gold seal (4 hours before the test). Or take a lot of niacin. Niacin is what is in most of those pass piss test kits. Niacin cleans the piss at a pretty fast rate however, one must remember to drink a lot (and I mean a lot of water, cranberry juice, and lemonade). If you are going to do it with niacin you still need to be doing it for a a week to two weeks. If you really are in a pinch then take the gold seal.
