True. But they
do tend to stir up alot of lasting shit. I've used them before, in conjunction with Planet Feedback, for mediation with companies that liked to make unauthorized charges against my credit card. True, they don't sue. But they can sure leave an ugly mark for a long time.
I'm not going to pretend to know the details of this situation. That's between Lens and Plasticman. But if he's serious about it... the BBB WILL send out some letters to get to the bottom of it. That's what they do. They don't care if it's Aunt Mary's Pop Stand or IBM. And the whole damn thing goes in their searchable database for anyone requesting feedback regarding a company's track record. Including non-responses as a response.
