Okay I just got off the phone with the desk sargeant over at district 5 police station. He says frinking is a definite no-no.

Even HE wasn't sure what the hell frinking was so he looked it up. Seems it's a by-law that dates back to the 1800's.....
no parking a horse and buggy on your front lawn,
no crossing a public thoroughfare wearing liederhosen (?)
and no frinking of any sort, but especially no frinking milkshakes.
All of the above carry a two-dollar fine.

Oh, and he says something called 'slaking' is out too. Punishable by 50 lashes and one week in the box.
