He is a smart spammer. Unfortunately he fucked around and got ALL Reflected IPS blacklisted and that sucks because now his clients have to pay the price for his spamming projects. Vendetta or not Reflected customers are paying for it.

Phil has never spammed before. He hosted spammers a long time ago but isn't even associated with Five-Elements. Look it up at the secretary of state. He didn't 'get' Reflected's IPs listed. Spamhaus listed them because they are hypocritical and are more concerned with personal disputes than their supposed goal of keeping the internet free of spam.
They are directly hampering the business of many, many legitimate dedicated access customers (our hosting customers are not really affected by this) PURELY because of personal malice (which is completely unjustified by the way, considering Phil doesn't control any spam at all). Reflected has never spammed and no spam originates from Reflected IPs.
What, exactly, is the point of blacklisting Reflected IPs since there is no spam coming from them?
