You may get super frustrated soon when saving the .html file. ImageReady makes too many blank rows and cells with spacer.gif's unnessarily. I hear Fireworks is better. Use Morphues and get it off there.

fireworks now uses CSS layers to overcome the shim.gif issue.. they used to be just as bad though
I have found that more professionals do use it, and besides i believe Macromedia is superior to Adobe once you hit the web.. look out for Dreamweaver 4 which will integrate Homesite in some fashion..
