Hehe.. no, my copies legit.

I made the mistake of calling MS support once awhile ago -- they're quicker to claim "unsupported 3rd party conflicts" than Compaq.

I'll keep trying to figure it out without Microsoft's "help".

I'll check the energy saver settings, but I doubt that's what it is. Seriously... the thing just reboots -- no warning. I could be typing an email and bam.. it's rebooting.

I have a 300 watt power supply which is AMD recommended. My CPU is a 1.2Ghz Athlon (OEM though -- so no support or warranty).

I've ran virus scans -- came up OK (thankfully).

If I figure it out -- I'll let ya know
