The team was built to compliment Shaq .. a center... so naturally .. if the focal point of the team is not there... the team wont win as many. That should be pretty obvious...
a guard cant come in and completely carry a the team that was built around a center...
build a team around Kobe ... and then it's a matter of time before the Lakeshow gets goin again....
the only concern is.. damn... if only theLogo was still around.. he's able to build a team up from anything.
