I'm looking to purchase my very first adult website, an I would appreciate it if you could give me your opinion on whether it is a good deal or not.

The man I'm looking at purchasing it from seems like he's an honest guy, and he told me that this site makes a minimum of $800 a month with zero work at all, and around $1200 during non-summer months. He's asking for mid $xxxx.
Do you think it's worth it?
