Yeah it is a fad right now...but it's also something that has been around for decades and is backed up by science.

Even the American Heart Assocation in their study from about one year ago found that the low carb diet was better for the heart over one year's period of time as opposed to the low fat diet.
Now COMBINE the two and you've got a winning combo! And it IS possible to do that.
