Isn't it funny though that most of these people sue for money, they are more angry that you were able to convert their image to money than the fact that they were "violated". I mean come on, some person takes a pic of you, photoshops it or leaves it the way it was and then money makes it all better eh?

But I am thinking he means more like "girls gone wild" type stuff not simply taking a pic. People have been taking pics of stars and selling them for years that is kinda hard to beat. From what I have been told states range on how they rule on things like that and you are pretty safe as long as the girl is not obviously under 18 in which case federal laws about child porn overule state laws about pictures in public being public domain
