Forget laws - used common sense for a moment. How the hell can any legislature create laws to "protect" common everyday public activity??
Any activity in "public" is just that - public. There are no follow on "rights" to actions in public and no person has any real valid claim against someone who produced an image of whatever they may do in public. If they want it "private" - bugger off and do it in private.
If some girl decides to exhibit herself in public and wear a bit of dental floss between her ass cheeks - she has no "rights" to moan. The only reason a pic would be taken is cos she displayed her ass in public - not a "normal" mode of dress
On the other hand... there is a valid reasoning for "active voyeurism" images - ie... upskirt pics or material shot by "hidden camera" blah.
Someone "meaningful" said "the law is an ass" - sometimes it sure is.
