This stats are 50% from total. So it was close to $800 chargebacks from $7k sales.
I had some problems with the hosting last month that why a lot of members canceled.

Okay, yeah when a site is slow/down ppl cancel :=) Even when the cancel links are down as well, they know where to cancel ;-)
Hopefully your hosting company got it fixed now..When it happens again I would suggest to pick isprime(or natnet,cavecreek, oxeo) as host.
