I have to make this more specific than in my other thread.

Please refrain from dropping your link in here if the galleries do NOT have descriptions.

I am looking for programs which

MUST HAVE: Hosted galleries with DESCRIPTIONS, leading to CONSOLE-FREE sites. CONSOLE-FREE as in no pop-ups and no dialers, totally clean, for all countries. Program should have 100+ galleries like this.
ATTENTION: Having console-free sites is NOT enough if by using the hosted galleries my traffic lands at the concole versions of the sites.
SHOULD HAVE but not mandatory: Payout through Epassporte or CCBill. The smaller the amount of galleries the more I wish to have Epassporte or CCBill. Epassporte or CCBill IS A PLUS, please mention!

When posting your link please mention:

Approx amount of galleries in the program that fulfill the above mentioned requirements (description AND going to console-free)
Whether payout through Epassporte or CCBill are available
The country the program is operated in or from, if not US or Canada
