Rape is a serious charge... while the tape may not hold up in court. It can be entered into evidence when the charge is as severe as this one. In a liable case... it most certainly can.
Not interested going that route. Not at all. But if someone knocked on my door looking to arrest me for rape charges, that tape would come in handy.
She has no concerns from me at all. We had a veyr nice friendly talk and all is well.
The only one that should find themselfs in check is the person that claims this actually was said. The party (the model) he claims said it flat out denys it ever happened.. anywhere at anytime under any set of circumstances.

umm you better read about recording phone conversations.
"12 states require, under most circumstances, the consent of all parties to a conversation. Those jurisdictions are California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts,
Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington.
It is illegal under all jurisdictions to record calls in which one is not a party."
