The Newport Beach, California company, which provides services to cable companies, hotel room TV services and other online services, said the U.S. District Court in the Central District of California issued a Markman Order, which establishes the meaning of patent claim terms in disputes.

What the fuck services does Acacia provide to online and other companies? They take your money - is that considered a "service" now?
